Within the framework of the PCF Regional Project “Promoting penitentiary reforms (from a punitive to a rehabilitative approach)” have been developed an e-compendium in a format of a book of the Council of Europe CM recommendations and extracts from the CPT General Reports on combating prison overcrowding in Romanian.
