CALL FOR LOCAL EXPERT

The Council of Europe Office to Chisinau is seeking for a local expert on adaptation and harmonization of the Academy of Public Administration’s existing LLM/MA/MSc curricula for civil servants with a number of hours dedicated to Internet human rights and Internet Governance standards and related ECHR case-law.

Location: Chisinau, Moldova

Expected Duration of Assignment: Estimated workload up to 20 days during 2 months
